App for android - repost

We are interested in callback and calling card dialer for Android, Iphone, Windows and other mobile applications. Our basic call back operation at present is that a customer calls 441613530730 and after one ring, they hang up the phone, Within few seconds our callback system calls them back and then the customer dials the destination number. We would like an APP so that, we can pre-program the callback number such as 441613530730 and the customer only have to dial the destination number. We would like an APP made so that the customer only has to dial the destination number such as 0091????? and as soon as they dial the first 00 digit, the app should start dialing our callback number 44??????? in the background and when our call back system cuts the call off, then the APP should wait for the incoming call from the callback system, as soon as the callback call arrives, it should dial out the destination number 0091????? The app should have following as option. Pre-program callback number, such as 44??????? Pre program 2 second pause,s by inserting # Pre program Pin number and # Dial plan to add 0044 automatically All this process should run in the background.
