android add file chooser dialog box to application

i have an android application provide me with a small android project + sources + jar that I can put in my android /libs folder and with that jar I can allow the user to choose files from his sdcard. currently my app requests my users to enter text i want to allow my user choose a file from my app, so you need to spply me with an android project who's build would be a jar that I can put in my app libs dir and with a sample code you provide me i will be able to allow the user choose a file from his disk. note that there is such a project in open intents if its ok by their license you can use their sources - tell me how come you find its ok to use their sources. i should not need to install another apk on the android phoen the only apk installed will be my apk and my apk will use your jar embeeded in it. note that when user chooses a file he can get into folders and out of them, such a folder browser. should work and be tested on android 1.5,1.6,2.1 ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
