Application Development for Automatic Car Wash

Above and beyond these general specifications, the application development "good practices" should be maintained to ensure high ratings in the market(s). Knowledge of Facebook integration is an absolute must to ensure the social reach requirement is met. While the requirements below are listed as Phase 1 and Phase 2, I would like to receive bids for the entire job. I have branding materials that will need to be integrated into the application and it will need to meet aesthetic requirements. There will need to be a beta test for both phases prior to release to ensure a quality product is being delivered to the customer base via the app store and google play store. SMS Platform/Application to be used in Automatic Car Wash Phase 1 1. Application Based – Android and iPhone 2. Facebook Login and phone number for application registration 3. Secure for credit card registration – possible other solutions, security is key 4. 2 primary ways to purchase car washes a. Fixed Amount Purchases i. App user purchases fixed amounts (pre-determined and at a discount) via registered credit card and they are held in “storage” within the app until they are used to purchase a wash b. Reoccurring Monthly Purchases i. App user purchases a monthly wash package of their choice (4 different packages) that allows them to wash once per day (need to establish restrictions within the application i.e. one wash issued in a 24 hour period starting at 5 a.m.) ii. App will need to automatically re-enroll the customer each month unless they opt out, which will need to be an option in the app as well. 5. Facebook Integration a. Every time a wash is redeemed using the app (either Fixed Amount Purchases or Reoccurring Monthly Purchases), the customer should be prompted to share on Facebook 6. The application in its most practical sense will need to authenticate with the database when a customer redeems a wash. What the developer will need to do is determine the best way to take a software input (one of the 4 redeemable wash packages) translated through the database and turn it into a 3 second 24VAC input signal which is needed to activate my car wash. Hardware specification is an absolute must. Phase 2 1. Additional App Purchases a. Rain Guarantee i. This feature will only be available to the customers that are utilizing the “Fixed Amount Purchases” ii. For a $1 buy up, the customer can purchase a 48 hour guarantee that if it rains within 24 hours of their wash, they get a re-wash free of charge. iii. The rain guarantee should not be able to be used on the re-wash. b. Loyalty Tracking i. This feature will only be available to the customers that utilizing the “Fixed Amount Purchases” ii. For every pre-paid wash that is redeemed, the app needs to log their wash iii.
