Augmented reality app

Rick, I am looking for someone to help me build an app that can read augmented reality. Personally i do not have much expereince so i am looking for someone that can help me with the development as well as provide some consulting on the full potential of this technology. Essecially the app will need to simply interprete the code that the camera is focused on. However, instead of the conted being some 3d object, I would like to see if I can display a product list similar to the way it is displayed on a standard webpage. In other words, the augmented reality will serve as a link to a webpage. So the first few steps that I need to develop are the reader app and a backend admit that can link pages and display them as augmented reality digitally.
