Creating a game like Flappy Bird - with better quality and design!

Hello, First of all, I would only like to get in contact with those that are serious and that have played the game "Flappy Bird". I want a game that works exactly like it, with same touch feeling and speed. However it should be much better designed and quality. I have a inspiration of how the design should look. But you should be a good designer, also be able to re-create everything by yourself, without having anything copyrighted in the code. I want the app to be developed within 3 weeks at max!
