Customer Service App for Android and IPhone(repost)

I like to make an app similar to Taxi magic app, Which will include: - Able to Register and Login (both for customers and retailers) - Search for Retailers - Book from your mobile phone or the Web with a few quick taps - Charge the Fees/membership to your credit card - Maps/ Location Services (pin point my location) - Transfer funds from Member to another members with confirmation receipt Please review [login to view URL] thoroughly and understand that we would like to build similar solution. 1. Android App (we have a barbershop but wants his cutomer to upload money and then have they pay using the app we wants a website too but want a break down on the cost for it. We wants money to be uploded using a merchant account or paypal ... but we like how using gps , for anybody who is register thru his app, want to locate that person.) The website application is of great importance because it will deal with massive sign ups. I have been told its no ordinary site. It must have the capability to store tens of thousands of people . It deals with real-time transactions and refunds. The security must be heavy. It must also be compatible for bank integration, because we will be routing cash to the accounts to retailers.
