Dating geolocation based app similar to grindr, blendr

We want to create a dating/meet up app for IOS ONLY similar to grindr/blendr. If you are unfamiliar with these apps please download them prior to bidding on the project to assure you are comfortable with creating a similar app. Must include similar features of these apps. It should be geo IP (proximity) based and work in the same fashion as those apps but along with regular messaging features. We have our own niche that we will market to. The project includes the following: - We will provide all artwork, including icon and logo - You will complete app development including testing completion, flurry analytics setup, and VPS hosting setup - You will help us successfully upload and get the app approved in the ios/itunes app store - You will upload the app to our website for beta testers while we wait for ios app store approval - You will help setting up of payment services in ios/itunes app store - App Must include proximity based geolocation to list users closest to you - App must have push notifications and the ability to turn them on/off - Backend which allows all major day to day administration Very tight deadline, looking for the app to be completed in less than 1 month. Must provide links to mobile apps you've created.
