A app for sharing Video

My idea would be to build an app that would allow you to build up a friend list then you could take a 10 to 15 second video and send it directly to your friends. They would be able to stream it to their device once and then it would be gone. That is the basic idea although I would add features as we go such as being able to record a message over the video or writing in text on the video. I also have an idea to some how use a persons email address to become friends with them. We might also be able to use email to send the video as a stream that disappears after you watch it. This would be a quick way to share a moment with someone through video. I don't think we would need a server to store the videos because I would like to be able to stream them directly to the device or use email somehow to send them. Ok that's it let me know what you guys think and how much to get it started.
