Action Platform Game Kit

I am looking for a super skilled professional to spend a few solid hours to build me a basic action platform game. I want a start screen, basic settings screen, intro screen, level select screen. I want the character to be able to walk, run, jump, double jump, grab and climb any and all ledge type objects, attack with sword, throwing knife, 3 special attacks that recharge before being able to be pressed again. I would like to have 31 levels each level unlocks the next. At the end of each level the character does one of 2 or 3 cool end moves to signal end of level. 4 page level select 10 on each page and 1 on the 4th page a final level. On each scene I want it probably orthographic and the ability to stretch or shrink the level any way I need. I want the character to move very high up in an almost infinite way and very far to the right in an almost infinite way. On each scene I would like there to be every kind of floor, platform, enemy, trap, pullable breakable object, ladder, bounce mechanism, literally neatly scattered across each scene so I can truly just duplicate or erase to create an endless amount of levels without coding. All platforms and moving objects already coded within the item. I will purchase all vector items to be used and give a detailed list of the traps and enemies and all that stuff. I just started unity a few days ago and I have created some awesome platform levels so I know that this project can be completed by a master without breaking a sweat. The key here is not to build a giant game just the basic structure of it so I can spend the next few months building instead of banging my head learning new code yet again. I would like all commands and controls to be optimized for android, apple and or the web. You will only have to create 1 scene with all the possible level objects in it that are ready to be duplicated in the easiest most efficient reusable way and then just duplicate that level 30 more times of course with all the proper code in each scene to advance the next scene and unlock the next levels correctly. I can get this done for cheaper because the scope for a master is simply not large but I would like to pay a solid mind for solid work.
