Android GUI (7-10" touchscreen) for Audio Amplifier

I need a simple, 2D GUI that will run under Android on a tablet (7-10 inches). The GUI will have some on/off switches, slider controls (for volume +10 -10), and a bar graph display to show real time audio information. This would be a graphical version of an actual audio graphic equalizer and audio spectrum analyzer combined into one screen. The GUI just has to send the commands and data out a USB port to the DSP on our audio amplifier which will process the data and commands. There is a stream of data back from the DSP to the tablet that provides the data for the bar graph display (spectrum analyzer). So, the project will need some on/off switches, slider potentiometers, and a bar graph display that send and/or receive the data and commands over a USB port to the audio amplifier DSP.
