Build a Simple Android app with Push Notifications

Prototype: [login to view URL] Hi, I need an simple Android application built that consists of 3 things: 1. A WebView with my website url 2. A bar on the top of the screen with a Passive Earnings balance 3. Push notifications that get sent out each time the users passive earnings increase. The idea behind the app is that users will earn money just by having the app installed on their phone. Each day, a total of $0.015 USD will be added to their Passive Earnings balance in 8 payments. The user will be notified of these payments with 8 push notifications per day. With each push notification that goes out, the Passive Earnings balance should be updated at the top of the screen.
