Build html templates via Ionic + Material AngularJS based on Wireframes

We plan to develop an hybrid mobile web application respecting precisely Google Material Design guidelines; we choose Ionic + Material AngularJS front-end frameworks. We have wireframes designed with Google Drawing of all the screens and we look for a web designer to transform our images into template html pages ready for coding. (you have an attached sample of the wireframes we did) We need someone : - who knows Material Design and will follow exactly the guidelines [login to view URL] - who knows well already Ionic and Material AngularJS front-end frameworks [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - who dev clean html for fast loading The app will manage "items", where "items" can easily compare with "emails" or "meetings". An "item" can be created and viewed/updated in the app (20 fields). Most of the management of "items" are made via lists. The most part of the design is made with standard components of Google Library. We will provide wireframes, icons set and color palette. Screens to build: - home with 4 tabs - new item with several dialog boxes - view/update item - search page - settings page Important: the app should support multi languages: so all the wording should be tagged for templating ( - only professional freelancers - deadline in for the 15th ) NB: please provide us only portfolio with relevant works (no more desktop website of cars or houses: thanks in advance :-)
