Building an iPhone App

Hello, I am looking forward to build a mini-game where it takes an image, crops in to 4 pieces, randomly shows those piece on the screen and the user can put them in correct order in a box and it counts it as a point. There will be 3 chances before the game gets over. There will be levels of game. On correctly solving the puzzle it plays a small "notification" type sound and a green check mark, something like that. Looking forward to work with an iPhone developer for long term. If the ideas works out, if you're a good iPhone developer, we will most definitely share a lot of other benefits. That includes building more apps, extending current apps and obviously high pay rates as it works out. For now, looking for someone who is good and willing to work together for the sake of building a good app. And money will flow as the quality speaks for itself. If you're a good app coder and not a very good designer, we can arrange a designer. Looking for the right candidate, please mention your experiences.
