CS CART Mobile Ordering App

I have CS Cart and my website is [login to view URL] I need a mobile app (Android first, then IOS) so my customers can place quick orders on their cell phones. When my customer orders on our website we keep track of what they ordered on their account. The customer then has the option to go to a page on our website (under their account) for"Rapid Reorder" Rapid Reorder is basically a list of all the stuff my customer bought from me They can enter the quantity they need or leave blank for items they dont need and click add to cart at the bottom of the page. That way they dont have to go through the website page by page and add every single product one by one. I need an app that can access CS cart database and the custome can log in, see their order history and access a "Rapid Reorder" function to order straight from their smart phone. See Attachments For Details, Most importantly I need Step 4 a fully functional page where a customer can see their previous item order history and order. Please let me know what you want to do to make this work so I know you actually read and understood the requirements.
