Animated quiz application with top score, username and password

Hi I need some one to create a quiz using flash. 1) user enter by registering email, password.... 2) existing user enter by using e-mail and password 3) upon entering they see a welcome page with links to learn COCOMO model 4) and level 1, level 2 level 3 quizzes 5) As they finish up the quiz they will be going to the leader board where their score and the top scorers names will be given. 6) and they need to finish level 1 to go to level 2 7) the administrator should be able to add questions from the database(MySQL) this will be a stand alone application or can be published in website. Duration : 1 week
