Cerebel user interface upgrade 2

The task is to enhance the user interface of an existing software application. ER- and class diagrams can be provided. Access to the system is first over a web server. We require regular builds on our servers to monitor progress etc. We require the successfull bidder to sign non disclosure agreements and to agree to our terms and conditions. Object relational mappers are to be used whereever applicable. 1) The application uses a javascript navigation tree, as commonly used in windows explorer. This tree needs to be enhanced from being hardcoded to comply with industry standards and to being viewed in all common browsers. 2) Content is grouped in activities and projects, where files are assigned to activites as sub-entities of projects with a given set of metadata. The existing pages for activities and metadata are to be enhanced by adding queries from a MySQL database and by showing those in table form on the same page at the bottom. 3) The existing user interface is 1000pixels wide, it should be dynamically sized according to browser and screen settings 4) The database is to be enhanced by adding tables that allow assigning tickets and or notes to activities and projects. 1 sub-page needs to be added to activities and projects, to allow the creation of notes, with simple fonts, i.e (bold, underline, text size), time stamps are to be assigned. Statuses (i.e. resolved, pending) are to be added with radio buttons 5) 1 page needs to be added to query and display all resolved or pending notes/tickets, according to projects and activities. 6) Currently all activities are being assigned an hourly budget, and statuses are assigned which allow the mapping of progress. However a defined budgeted start and end date should be assigned too. A little traffic light next to the activity should indicate whether projects are currently within the budgeted time frame or not.
