Bulk Email & SMS Application

This project is opened to those who had developed similar program before, and I would need to view your demo before awarding the job to you. If haven't done before please do not waste your own time. I want to develop a marketing application that can allow our marketing department to send BULK EMAILS (to use either PC's internal SMTP server and also specify an external one for sending of bulk emailers to clients) and SMS (via a GSM modem attached to USB port of PC). - The application should allow me to create unlimited mailing lists from my customer DB; to select email addresses to send by Customer Groups, Territories, by filter selections, by birthdays (to wish them happy birthdays) etc. - When sending, it should allow me to mail merge the names and email addresses into the email message. For SMSes, it should merge the client names into the text message. - We need to send Statement of Accounts to customers (via email) and this application should perform this task of merging customer email addresses into the statement generated by our backend accounting software and send out accordingly. You don't need to reinvent the wheel - I can buy components (with distributable licenses) for your development - to have a more stable application and also cut down the time for development.
