Calls to Upload and Download from and to Dropbox, GoogleDrive, OneDrive and FTP

We need this software to be developed for Windows using VB.NET 2008. The purpose is Upload and Download from Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive and FTP. We need something simple Just 1 Form with 2 text fields per each of the 4 service: username, password. Only in FTP will need more fields for url, port (default 21) and any other. And just 2 buttons: upload and download, both refered to the selected service of the 4 types. 1.- The intention of this software is NOT selecting files by clicking on a selection. All operation is been done by calling subs and functions. Code need to be Very modular. To upload or download all information is send by parameters. Containing the user/password and the list of files to be downloaded/uploaded as a coma separated list like: Path&file1, Path&file2, ...Path&fileN Will be great having a way to visually select the files but the main purpose and obligatory way is sending the list of files separated by coma. 2.- We also need a Button which call the download function and search in all the services (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and FTP) and download the newer of the files. In there are identical could download any of them. But FTP will be downloaded ONLY if no other is newer. VERY IMPORTANT NOTES All coding need to be in VB.Net 2008 All code must be structure in calls to subs and functions. So we could upload and download calling them WITHOUT cliks. This is Very important since the requested project is part of a bigger project that will integrate it. And the download and upload are fire by a computer not a manual user will select, computer will call the sub and functions when they need a file. The same for loging to dropbox, gdrive and onedrive, no popup screens for manual loging. Since in real a computer is the one requesting the files. So need to be a sub or function to login to any of the clouds. Please check oauth about login to cloud services we don´t want to ask in a popup
