I'm looking for an app that will allow me to add a student profile (name, address, phone, e-mail, age, skill level, and "other" customizable fields) and store them in a database.
Then this database must be able to automatically categorize each student based on age, or current skill level, into a specific class, i.e Ages 4-5 Beginner Student.
I would also need to track the attendance of said student over the course of a 8,16, or 32 week cycle (1-3 classes option per week) as well as tell me a % of classes they've attended, and allow me to write notes next to their name on the attendance sheet
All attendance sheets are broken up by week, and automatically generated and plugged into the database, so at any time I could view a students attendance over the course of a week, month, year, or years.
I would also need the app to allow me to add custom fields, like different achievements a student has earned, or allow me to add a custom checkbox if they have yet to achieve said award, or flag them for follow up.
