ASP.net SQL DMS needed

I have a need for a document management system to be made. It is not a complex system or very different then many that are on the market. We have users in our company that will access 1 or more clients, and within the client 1 or more projects. My users will upload or create documents to the project folder, they will create folders within the project. I have clients that have users that will upload documents. We have a complex set of permissions for boht sets of users. add/edit/delete/lock/move file/move folder etc..we will be able to download 1 or move files at a time and even a folder, it will zip for download to the user. Admin of the system will setup managers 1 or more for the client for internal managers. Every user , us and client, will login and see a dashboard of projects and documents that are new and related to them. They will also be able to subscribe to a folder or project for any new changes, this will email them and also be seend on the dashboard. We will use infragistics a lot for the web grids and tabs in the system. I will do the graphics for the system, layout, gui, and icons etc.. App must be pretty secure, We do not want this to be easily exploited. We need full system logging for the admin, and file/folder/project logging for the users with permission to see it ip,time,date, user etc..
