Clarion/ TopSpeed DAL

I require a Data Access Layer as follows: The object is very simple, with only one method: Object Name: TopSpeedDAL Method name: Execute Returns: Recordset (ADO) Parameters: SQL as string Database Connection/Path as string The Data Source will always be TopSpeed. (tps) The Object must run in component services (ie. COM/ COM+) Reason why we need this opposed to the topspeed ODBC: Can’t retrieve certain fields, namely Decimal fields with 4 digits (1.1234) Thus this method will be required to convert any anomily to a regular datatype readable by Visual Basic/ASP Regards, Gavin ## Deliverables One COM/COM+ DLL which returns an ADODB recordset from a Topspeed database, readible by ASP/VB Must run on Windows 2000 or XP documentation is required source is required test app is required if runtime files are required, they need to be included. ## Platform Windows NT/2000/XP
