Converting ASP.NET mapping interface to PHP or Flash

We seek a skilled GIS web developer to convert a mapping interface from ASP.NET to PHP or Flash. The American Human Development Project produces data-driven reports on human well-being in the United States. A companion to these reports is a custom web-based interface that displays interactive choropleth maps to visitors to our [login to view URL] mapping interface overlays a range of selected social indicators on top of selected geographic units (county, PUMA, congressional district, state, and the country as a whole). Our current mapping interface runs on ASP.NET. Three versions of it are currently live and viewable at [[login to view URL]][1]. Please view the existing interface before submitting a bid. We are seeking a developer to recode this ASP.NET interface into PHP or Flash, in order to run quickly on an Apache Linux server. We would also like to add a few new features to the functionality. ## Deliverables New features we would like to add: 1. Currently, the user can enter his ZIP code to find his location on the map. But to do so, he needs to click on the magnifying glass in the top right of the screen in order to receive a prompt. We would prefer if there were a text-entry box right there on the page instead (nobody understands what the magnifying glass icon means). 2. Ability for the user to export data called for display on the map to Excel spreadsheets. 3.
