Creation of Source Code

Hello to all I have this website called [login to view URL] I have got this website and is functioning fine at the moment. The mistake i made when I gave the job to the developers to develop this website was that I did not make any contract with them about the source code of the website. The website is made using .NET framework 1.1 and MS SQL 2000. I am looking for someone with great skills to re-create the source code for my website. I am willing to give all relevant information about the functionality of the website and also the files uploaded in my server. I can also work alongside and answer all the questions and issues that the coder would need to complete my job professionally. I do have all the files that are uploaded in the websites ftp, and also the access to the database as the website hosting is completely under my control and access. Successful bidders can only be the people with very good previous history of jobs and be willing to work together with me to finish my job as desired. Upon completion of the job the coder has to agree to give me all the source files in perfect running order. Looking forward to responses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
