Add logic to a video download page to detect if visitor is a paying member (if not take away options)

Hello,

I have a poker training site where users can stream or download videos from poker pros. I currently offer the following formats:

* streaming FLV

* streaming HD FLV

* WMV

* iPhone

* iPad

I would like to put some logic on the page to not offer WMV/iPhone/iPad options if they are not a paying member. The video player is in flash/php and those links are generated dynamically after checking to see if we have versions of those videos on the server. So some of the logic is already there.
