Simple PHP API for AWS Route 53

We need a simple PHP API to access AWS Route 53 services.
This API must have the following functions:
createDomain(domain, ip); //to create a new domain and subdomain
changeDomainIP(domain, ip); //to change a domain or subdomain IP
deleteDomain(domain); //to change a domain or subdomain
getDomainInfo(domain); //return information about a domain or subdomain
The 3 first functions must return 'true' when everything is fine, or return the AWS error code.
ps: we must create a temporary AWS account to delevelop and test before migrating to the final AWS account
