Application that displays organisation events in registered users application via Android app UI - repost

I want an application for an organisation that will: Allow admin to create events with information in database (start-time, end-time, location (Street Address & GPS co-ord), number of participants, Info). Allow users to register to organisation and see list of available events created by organisation. Allow users to subscribe to events listed. Allow users to see on a google maps API where available or subscribed to events are taking place during the day/week/month/year. Allow users to see in a auto-populated calendar-like fashion the events created by organisation (default only for those subscribed to, option to list ALL events of organisation). Allow drill-down/up by changing view-by-hour/day/week/month/year in calendar-like User Interface. Allow organisation members to request transport by entering their location and required pick-up time on a Google Maps API in a special event called "Transport" and allow members to communicate with each other via IRC-style and/or email and to mark the transport request as closed once someone has accepted the transport request and no longer show up on Google Maps API.. After the transport request was accepted, the application must allow the two parties of a transport request to communicate IRC-style and/or email. Application must allow parties who made an arrangement via "Transport" event to see each others location via a Google Maps API for minutes before agreed pick-up time.
