Africa Wiki

I am planning an African wiki, but based largely on facts and figures extracted from various publications and reports in the world. The plan is that it should have robust, edit, corrolation, and other data manipulation capabilities, and a payment gateway. ## Deliverables 1. Need the site to have robust data correlation functions, and the ability to do that with data imported from outside site. 2. Will have pictures and graphics, and need to be able to add, add lengthy caption notes, and related written brief content. 3. We already have a "look and feel" design for the site, which I have failed to attach. 4. The plan is that the site be able to interface with a payment gateway. 5. Everything must be done to keep its working very very simple.
