Build a database

In our store we sell keycodes which are good for downloads. We provide them with the information needed to download the software as well as a keycode. Right now our checkout is set to automatically charge verified credit cards after an order is place. The customer clicks on the "download" button after the order, BUT they are only taken to an html webpage explaining that the customer must wait 24 hours (or over the weekend) until a customer service staff goes through and emails each customer a unique keycode. This process is time consuming. What we would like to do is create something where when the customer clicks the "download" button after the order, they are taken to a secure webpage. This secure webpage will have the customer enter their email, order number and perhaps zipcode (for example) and then they are emailed automatically a unique keycode. BUT in order to do this, we must have a database where we will upload all of the unique keys and when the customer enters the information out of the order, it will verify with Yahoo that the order is legit, and it will "suck" a keycode from the database and email it to the customer. But the same keycode must not be distributed to anyone else. so, here is what we are trying to do : Customer places an order on our store. Order is verified and charged through our online credit processor. What we need is for you to develop a way to grab order information using a back-end configuration, one that would allow to recognize certain product Id's to which we can upload or provide you with. Each product ID would call for its own instructions template to which serial numbers from a list of serial number for that product ID would be inserted into the template and emailed to the customer. We assume you would have to create a custom script and my SQL database for this purpose. We would have to limit the number of serial numbers per order ( maximum quantity 2 ) and if more than 2 is purchased we would need a template that would let the customer know they need to email customer service to obtain the rest of their keycodes for sercurity measures. Please note that security of this process is of extreme importance.
