Desktop Advertising Software - Ad-supported software

I am looking for a talented developer who can create a desktop advertising software (or, as someone calls it, ad-supported software). Please note that users will opt-in and agree to have this software installed on their computer. This software has nothing to do with Spyware or Malware. The features and characteristics this software must have are: - it connects remotely to a database which controls advertisements - this database should be managed by a web based control panel - the software must be compatible with recent Windows versions and operates in at least the recent versions of FireFox and Internet Explorer - it operates like this: it checks the URL users are currently visiting or the search they have currently done, and if the URL matches a criteria listed in the database the software connects to, it will open a separate advertisement window. This window will not be blocked by pop-up blockers as it's basically a replica browser acting independently, with it's own user-agent - it has the ability to set how often users will see advertisements (delay between two different window openings) - it is able to track how many current installs are running and associate to each install a specific id Similar softwares are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will give my preference on: - developers who have already developed software like this one - developers who can manage also future updates of the software
