Auction ( Bid ) sniping program (small)

I am asking for the design and development of a bid sniping program. While there have been other types already developed here, my request differs in that I don't want an overly-featured bid sniper. First, for what I'm after, try <[login to view URL]>? 's overview. If you look for an "auto bidder" on ebay, you'll notice it has many features. I'm not after that. I'm just after a simple "choose the auction, the max price I'm willing to pay, and how many seconds until the end of the auction I will place my bid if it is under the maximum amount." If possible, I'd like inputting the auction number to be easy, in a "button click" manner so people find it easy. I'm asking for a desktop application, not a runs-on-website program. Also, I do realize eBay's API only allows so many calls, so I'm asking, is there a way to do this without the API, and still be accurate on how long until the auction is over with? If it boils down to "no", I can sign up with a developer account and use my own 1,500 requests/day. Just please program it in something common like Java or VB so I can modify the source code. I'm asking for a full-featured application, but I can do the help file and minor tweaks after the program is done. Also, I chose 3 screens for the browser, main window, and perhaps an options screen. I am not picky on how many windows there are as long as it is a nice interface (pleasing to the eye) and not jarbled and hard-to-learn for a simple bid-sniping program. ## Platform Windows XP Windows Vista (not needed, but would improve chances)
