Build ffMpeg(repost)

This is a simple project. I need detailed instructions and explanations on how to build the latest ffMpeg, including the other packages which ffMpeg depend upon - lame, x264, amr etc. You have to give instructions on how to include or exclude? each options. You have to include instructions on how to build the decoders only, encoders only, or include both. The environment is Windows XP with the latest patches, and VC6, and TortoiseSVN. The instructions has to be down to every key stroke, mouse click, and typing. If the building involves other software, do not assume that I have it. Make detailed instructions on how to obtain those software, and install them.
