Compile clucene 0.8.11 and clucene-0.0.9 for linux and windows

We need clucene 0.8.11 and clucene-0.0.9 compiled ready to run for windows xp and linux. The programs are open source applications and stable releases. Only compilation into a ready to use ".so" and ".dll" needs to be done. ## Deliverables Both Sources are PHP Extensions which onlx need to be compiled. clucene-0.8.11 is the CLucene implementation which has also a PHP Wrapper, clucene-0.0.9 is a direct implementation of CLucene function in a PHP Extension. We need the ready to use binary extensions. There is nothing to program or to modify. Of course, we need all actions which are performed in a small documenation.
