Decode DTA File

The attachment contains a DTA file created by MetaStock software ([[login to view URL]][1]). I expect that it contains information that is present in [login to view URL] file. This is a binary file containing some numbers. I want to convert the file to a text file, so I can view it and print it. I have already tried ClickView on it and can read some text, however, that is not what I want. I want someone to figure out what the format of the file is so I can read all the numbers that appear in the .htm report from it. ***Note: This might be a Btrive database file*** The job is show me how I can read the information from this file using Visual Basic or C and extract the numbers that are present in the attached .htm report. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
