Write application in C, it is a console application that will run in Microsoft Visual C. It includes function A and B. function A: inputs: path base_filename file_number action: Constructs filename = path + base_filename +file_number. Opens specified text file. Throws away header lines. Reads M lines, of N floating points numbers each. M and N are not known, but typically 200 to 400. Output: returns M x N array of floating point numbers, returns M, N, and returns the maximum value of the array. function B: inputs: array of M x N floating point numbers, float S Action: scales floating point numbers by S and returns an array of unsigned char. The returned array is the input array, but scaled from 0 to 255. I've attached 3 sample files of different M x N values.
