Build a Website

We need to install a theme on our admin panel. There are maximum 10 pages existing in this website admin panel. We would like to see a design proposal and then install the theme based on the design. Here is the link of Theme we need to install : [login to view URL] The admin panel is based on Bootstrap 3.1 Also, related past project sample is required, if you never done this before, I wouldnt interested to start the project with you, thanks At the end, if you are familiar with JSON, and PHP, Also, We would like to create some Graphs and Data table in different page as well, that we can discuss, but it will be a separate project, just let me know if you are familiar with how to create live and real time data table and graphs base on Json API.
