I need a Company web site for my company. Functional required. Prefer to use PHP and Mysql Platform. However, asp can be used if necessary. 1. Home page to display a flash file or photos to show what my company is doing. [login to view URL] area to display, add and edit my product. Searching function is required for the user to search our product by name or model number. 3. Contact us area to allow use to get our contact information. 4. Download area for user to download our product technical information. 5. Dealer require area for our dealer to understand the require to be an dealer. Also send us a request with their details for our approval. 6. Dealer login area for dealer to see more product information. 7. News and Event area for us to boardcast news. Design requirements: 1. A company logo is required. 2. Developer would require to find more photo for the web site. The photo must show or related to Mounting products. Also it require to offer a "comfort lifestyle" feeling as our product improve living environment and offer more space for home, office, commercial, bars and restaurant. 3. Developer would require to edit our product photos in order to show it nicely on the web site. 4. Developer would require to pay attention on the sue of color. The color of the web site must be consistent. 5. Developer must pay attention on the layout of the web site. The layout must be clear and consistent. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
