Automated Data Entry

I work in a Real Estate Office that maintains multiple databases. I have an MLS feed from INNOVIA [login to view URL] and I also maintain an Excel spreadsheet with all the pertinent information. Finally - I maintain an online database which links directly to our website. What I need is a program designed which will scrape the data from EITHER our Excel spreadsheet or our MLS data feed and automatically enter the data into the online form and submit the information. We do not have access to the backend of this online database (as it is run by a separate company) so the program/script would need to somehow interface with Internet Explorer to enter the data. (this online database is only compatible with IE - Mozilla, Firefox, Safari are not compatible) The last piece of the puzzle is that this needs to recognize when a change has been made to the database and update that information, and it also must be capable of uploading pre-selected images from a specific folder. The interface for this can be web-based (we have a web server that we lease -Windows based-) or it can be a client application which is run on one of our workstations. Please respond for more specific information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Internet Explorer
