I have a small MS-Access database to inventory equipment at customer locations. The db has? 3 tables (Customers, Locations, Stations). The Customers table has unique entries. Each customer has one or more Locations, each Location has one or more Stations. Each Location is unique and each Station? is unique.?
I have a form that I would like duplicated in an ASP data access page. The form has an unbound combo box for searching (see attachment for SQL query). Fields from all three tables are on the form. The combo box finds and lists each unique combination of CustomerName-CustID-Station. On selection of a unique combination the form fields are filled out accordingly so that all the information related to the Customer, Location, and Station are presented at the same time.
Page? should be editable.
I would like a second? ASP page similar to the first, but with the ability to create a new Customer,? or for an existing Customer to create a new Location, or for an existing Location, to create a new Station.
Please put all of the data fields from all three tables onto each web page.
Next, create an ASP page that will send an email form to a new customer so they can fill out the form with their contact info. When they click Submit the data is returned to the ASP page which enters it into the db and sends us a confirming email with the contact info the customer has entered.?
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.? Summary of deliverables:
? ? A) create an ASP data access page for viewing or editing customer information
? ? B) create an ASP page to create a new Customer, Location, or Station
? ? C) create an ASP page to send an email form to a customer; on response to the form, enter the customer's information into the database and send a confirming email to me with a copy of the customer's information. We will access the ASP page to originate? and send an email to new customers so they can provide us with their contact information. We need to enter a new CustID into the ASP page that will be included in the email and is not editable by the customer.? The ASP page should have a field for the customer's name, a field for the customer's email address, a text field for any unique message we would like included in the email, and a field for the email address to send a confirming email to. The email will have several of the Customer and Location fields for the customer to fill out. When they click submit the form will send the data back to the ASP page, which will then enter it into the database. The ASP page will also initiate a confirming? email to one of our email addresses reciting the data that the customer has entered.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
