Access 2007 Attendance Database

I have built a database using Access 2007. I have also done the code for it. I am NOT a coder, but have found most everything i need on forums, and google... and free vb codes... I have attendance specific rules that i need the database to work with... I need the following codes included; Call outs for current month tardies for 6 months When tardies for current month reach 3, i need form letter sent to default printer. when absences for current month reach 2, i need form letter sent to printer after form letters are sent, i need these reset to start counting over? again. PLEASE- i have had multiple coders contacting me wanting to build a complete system via Visual Basic- I cannot use an executable file! I simply need the database in ACESS 2007- If you know other versions of Access, but not 2007, you cannot help me. The database i have built has too many errors in 03, or 06.
