Account Balance module for osCommerce

We're looking for someone who has a good knowledge of PHP, MySQL and osCommerce. We need a custom Account Balance module developed for one of our clients. The requirements for the module are: 1. Each registered customer will have a pre-paid account which the administrator can top up. 2. The funds will be debited from cusomers' account with each purchase. 3. We will need to have clear history of transactions (ie account statement) 4. Orders will have to be declined if the account goes into debit. 5. When the customer confirms order, email has to be sent to the site administrator with the order details specifying the account balance before and after purchase. 6. Customers need to be able to see their account balance and transaction history in the "My Account" page The store is now deployed at [login to view URL] The client wants to trial the store at the moment and then implement the account balance module in two months time, but we need to have an idea of the cost involved. If you need any more information, please don't hesitate to contact me through RAC at your convenience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySQL no Linux.
