Alterations to Auciton site.

I need to add new features to it for example a chatroom where registered users can talk to each other or even Private Message and also make new user profiles with diffrent picture listings and other requested alterations... and i need to remove some features from it aswell. I need to completely redesign its graphics and move it around a bit. Notice: i need experianced programmer for this job. I need the coding to be clean and reliable. (Iam a programmer my self with no time to code this. So i will know if the coding is clean and neat.) Also some features that i may require are already out there made by other people. I do not want external scripts implemented in to my program. I want it all written independent. Iam aware of what scripts are out there so please dont try to fool me.
