Bespoke PHPNuke Module

I am looking for a bespoke PHPNuke module for my website, a site for students of a architecture and green-energy university course who study together about one week a month and are apart for the other three weeks ??" it enables them to keep in contact with each other, share ideas, news, ask question, share work, photos ??" you know the kind of thing! It is funded by voluntary donation and is open only to members of the course. See [login to view URL] We are looking for a new module, a Skill Share Module, which users of the site will be able to both rate their skill level in many pre-defined areas and search for specific skills among the other users. The user will log on to the site and select the Skill Share Module. They will be presented with a choice between altering the data held about themselves or searching the other records for users with a desired skill. If they select to alter their data they will be presented with a list of skills and will select there level of ability for each one, from say 1 to 5, using radio buttons. If they select to search they will be presented with a list of skills and will select there level of ability they are looking for in another user - it will return a list of users who meet the skill level being searched for and will link to their contact details. Users will also be able to suggest additions to the list of skills. Admins will be able to add and remove skills from the list. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
