I am building a databse to track department initaives(projects) and employees. I need some help with the database.
I need about 7 Forms designed that will be used to ask a user for something, take that imput and use it to either display a record of a table, or to add a new record in a table at a specific field. Will probebly require some VB coding.

Type: Form
Name: Project Summery
What it must do:
this form will provide 2 drop down list, the list will provide the inputs of the fields "Initiative Number" and "Initaive name" in the "Project Details Table". Once the user selects which Number and/or Name he wants. the Form must take this input and then display the record in the "Project Deails Query" Form in view mode.
Summery:

2)
Type: Form
Name: FindProjectTeam
What it must do:
This form will contain a drop down menu that contains all the value in the "Initaive name" field in the "Project Details" table. Then it will Display that project in the "Project Deails Query" form.

Type: Form
Name: EmployeeAssignment
What it must do:
This form will ask the user to enter a name. This name will be used to search throught the "Project Details" table. If the name entered appears in any of these fields, then then that record will be displayed. The field to search in are: "DIRECTOR","LEAD",TEAM MEMBER1" .....untill " TEAM MEMBER15"

Type: Form
Name: ViewWeeklyHours
What it must do:
This form will ask the user to enter an employee number and a date representing the start of a week. This data will be used to search through the "Time Tracking" table soecifically the "Employee ID" field and the "Week" field. then it will diaply only the record with those criteria.

Type: Form
Name: ViewMonthlyHours
What it must do:
Same as above form, except this will display the records for the enteres week and the following 3 weeks ( the data is kept in this table in a weekly format, therefore the form must do math to display 4 fields for 4 weeks.)

Type: Form
Name: AddNewInitiative
What it must do:
First open the form "Input new project" user enteres data, once initiative number is generated, the form must automatically open the form "Project Deails Query" at the location of the "Initiatve number" that has just been generated, then the user will populate the remaining fields and save.
Purpose is to populate a new initiatve, except it must be done in 2 step, step one would be generating the initiative number, then second step would be leading the user to the record in the "Project Deails Query" form that he just generating, and populate the rest of the information.

Type: Form
Name: UpdateIniative
What it must do:
This form will contain 2 drop down list that will contain the "Initiave Name" and "Initiative Number" fields in the "project details" table. The user will select one or both and then the "Project Deails Query" form will open at the correct record and allow the user to update the fields in that iniative.
