CVENT Member contact list to Yootheme Zoo Company Directory App

I have a non-profit member driven organization that is utilizing CVENT to manage their memberships and the Joomla Platform as their online presence. They've recently requested an aesthetically comprehensive Membership Directory (like a Yellow Pages for their members) that integrates seamlessly with their website. We've provided that utilizing Yootheme's CCK component, ZOO. Now the client wants to be able automatically sync their CVENT member database with the ZOO Directory app. CVENT has provided an API utilizing PHP & the SOAP client. We're looking for someone to be able to bridge the CVENT member database with the ZOO directory app.
