Change PHP validation to JS

Layout - [login to view URL] Currently using PHP Validation. Process is, user enters cell - HTTP posts to 3rd party server --on success, goes to page 2-- --fail, requests them to reenter cell-- (responses come from 3rd party server after posting) .also on succes it stores their info in a local MYSQL table Page2, on submit, a PIN is sent to users phone. User needs to enter their pin on the web - checks the pin via HTTP post --on success, goes to page3-- --fail, requests them to re-enter pin-- Page 3, user can add more services. (cell number and a few variables are passed from p1). --No validation, just that they enter a service --data is posted to 3rd party server, kicked to a thankyou page Also I would like to insert a page with an animated gif that is more or less like a "loading" graphic - then have that page delay the between Page1 and Page2. I am hoping we can correct these bugs with basic JS validation. Remove the php wierdness, and roll from there. --------- The pages and GFX are all designed. The forms are semi functional now (just our confirmed PIN is way low). So hopefully it will just be a quick job of validation. One side note, we need to add 2 hidden fields in the process to be passed along in the URL for our partners linking to us. So, in short: 1)New Validation on page1, and page2 2)Add a "Loading" page that has a 10 second delay between p1 and 2 3)Add 2 hidden fields that will be passed to p1 via URL.
