Changes and fixes to PHP script

This should be an easy project for an experienced programmer... Need a php/mysql/cpanel script fixed and some changes made. Script is an anti-spam script writen in PHP and MySql and uses cPanel for email account creation, checking and management. Need to have an admin section added. Need better sorting and viewing of member based messages Need member to be able to view message in members area Need better management added for users Right now, all "allowed" and "blocked" senders are viewed in the same user screen. I need them to have seperate screens. Also, the users currently can not view the messages in the system from their user account and I would like this added. The system also sends two of the message when senders are approved and I need this fixed as well. There are also one or two other smaller fixes and changes as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
