Classified Portal in AJAX; NET NUKE

I am looking for classified portal site. I have seen a couple out there but I am not impressed and I feel like it can be created in a better more effective manner. There are a couple of new design formats that can be used. I really am looking to go with this soon. I have created sights in the past so don't email me unless you are experienced and you know you can do this project. I want a clean site developed with a strong backend database structure developed....I know there are a lot of portals out there but we are looking to really bring it up to an all new level with the new technology. AJAX is an aspect I have looked at as well as NET NUKE I will need to see a resume and examples of previous work...NO new developers...This is a big project and will require someone with some real development and design skills. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I am open to suggestions but I am familiar with microsofts capabilities. Microsoft Servers is what I am thinking but if you have an example of one on a linux server or other servers, i am open to suggestions.
