Complex Porting of App from Objective-C and Smalltalk

We have an existing application which we are looking to port. The application deals with audio signal processing and analysis, and is fairly compute-intensive, so care will have to be taken to optimize the ported code. It is presently a series of elaborate, interconnected Objective-C frameworks, written largely in Cocoa, with a small bit of algorithmic code living in Smalltalk (Squeak), and an application front end, also written in Cocoa / Objective C. There is considerable dependency on data structures from an open-source framework call the MusicKit, which we would like to move away from, so the port will also involve a restructuring of how data is stored. The port will break the application into two piece -- an analysis application which will remain in Objc, and a client application to be completely rewritten in Javascript. (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
