Data Collection w/ Palm, Import into Excel

I am looking for a data collection program to run on a Palm device. It will be used in the field to inventory electrical power-line systems. Most imput will be by drop-down windows. All of the possible units that will be used in the drop-down lists are in text files and grouped together according to each field. After the inventory is complete for a job, I need the file imported into an existing excel worksheet. The Palm program layout will simply step through each item that's on the existing Excel worksheet. I'd prefer to have this app written in PDAToolbox, to allow me to make minor changes after completion. This is not mandentory however. The next project will be adding on to this app, with many additions such as GPS support. I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. I've also uploaded a zip file which contains a sample excel worksheet and a more detailed description of the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win95 - WinXP
