access connection string

I have a SQL server and an MS Access accessing the database. the access is just a front end with forms and macros. I will be migrating the SQL to a new server name/IP. Where in this Access front end do i make that change. This is a quick project. i need this done in a couple of hours. here is the access front end [login to view URL] I tried going to file > connections but its unavailable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
